Xposure have been mentioned in the national internal magazine for our client Premier Foods. Following the success of the educational board game we produced for them earlier in the year, staff at a number of branches have been playing their way through "Chutes and Belts" to improve factory targets.
Manager Marc Revitt has explained the game to the 'Being Premier' magazine saying; "Chutes and Belts is a mixture of Snakes and Ladders and Monopoly. The chutes represent poor performance, like having a loss time accident, hence you go down them. Likewise you go up the belts, which represent good perfomance such as overall energy efficiency (OEE) improvement".
"The colour squares and matching chance cards different types of costs that make up MCC. Obviously costs can go up or down so these can send you backwards and forwards".
The game, which is to be rolled out to all employees at Worksop as part of an MCC awarenees programme is already a hit, and hopes to educate employees in a fun way.
